Digital & Global Core Programs
Requests related to digital marketing and other demand gen campaigns such as paid advertising, webinars, and workshops.
- Submit a paid digital marketing request(paid ads for cloud sign-up, content, webinars, events, etc.)
- Submit a global core program request(webinars, assets and content for field events, etc.)
Content
Submit your requests for the Content Team, including: blogs, social media posts/articles, case studies, white papers + other PDF assets, slide deck text reviews, advertisement text reviews, and more:
- Blog, long form PDF assets(e.g. white papers, ebooks, LinkedIn articles, solutions briefs)
- Copywriting/review requests(e.g. copy for paid ads, emails, landing pages, social carousels, slide decks, banners, and more)
- Social media posts(for completed items you'd like to add to our social media calendar)
- Newsletter requests(things you'd like to promote in our newsletters)
- Case studies or customer reference
Note: Video and animation requests have now moved under the Brand team.
Brand and Events Design
Requests related to branding, presentations, video, social, and events. Campaigns must be pre-vetted by the Integrated Campaigns and Content teams before Brand may initiate work. Engage the Brand Studio team early and often during ideation and planning, not only production. Brand delivers strongest outcomes when involved early. Learn more.
Web Presence
Web design and engineering related requests - updates to existing pages / sites, new feature requests, and anything related to our product documentation.
Marketing Ops
For requests related to Marketo, Salesforce, and campaigns.
- Submit a Marketing Ops request(Non-campaign or general requests)
- Submit a campaign and email creation request(Jeto supported requests)
Business Ops - Marketing Analytics
For requests related to data warehouse and architecture and business intelligence.
- Submit a Marketing Analytics request(reports, dashboards)
- Submit other support requests(dashboards, integrations, Tableau)
Program Management Office (PMO)
Requests for strategic, cross-functional, or high-visibility projects requiring governance, oversight, or support with project setup and management.
- Submit a PMO request(strategic initiatives, cross-functional projects, launches, complex workflows)
